Functions of IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Ilahia Law College is expected to perform the following key functions to ensure quality education and continuous improvement.

Develop Benchmarks

Set standards for academic and administrative activities to ensure excellence.

Learner-Centric

Promote student growth and participatory learning through quality education.

Feedback System

Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to improve institutional quality.

Dissemination

Share best practices and quality insights with the academic community.

Workshops

Organize seminars and workshops on quality-related themes for faculty and staff.

Documentation

Record activities and programs that contribute to quality improvement.

Nodal Agency

Coordinate all quality initiatives and act as a catalyst for improvement.

Database System

Maintain MIS for decision-making and performance tracking.

Quality Culture

AQAR Report

Submit AQAR reports to NAAC outlining all annual quality initiatives.

Library Rules & Regulations

Maintain Silence: Complete silence must be maintained inside the library premises to provide a calm and focused study atmosphere.
Carry ID Card: Students must carry their valid college ID card while entering and using library facilities.
No Food Allowed: Eating, drinking and carrying food items inside the library are strictly prohibited.
Handle Books Carefully: Library books and resources should be handled responsibly. Damaging or marking books is strictly prohibited.
Keep Phones Silent: Mobile phones should be kept in silent mode while inside the library to avoid disturbance to others.
Return Books On Time: Borrowed books must be returned on or before the due date. Late returns may attract penalties as per library policy.

Confidential counselling and student welfare support are provided throughout grievance handling procedures.
