The ILAHIA Trust is the noble dream of a bunch of visionaries hailing from socio-economic, political,
cultural and business circuits in and around Muvattupuzha that came true in the year 1992.Ever since, this
has majorly contributed to the educational aspiration of the region. The Trust is steered by a 13 member
governing board. The Prime objective of the Trust is to cater to educational needs of the knowledge seekers
located in and around its place of origin.
Now Ilahia trust has 70 members, of which 13 members are elected to the executive committee. The
establishment of a lower primary school (Kavumkara Muslim L.P. School) in 1992 was an affirmation of its
phenomenal growth. The commencement of a prestigious English medium School (CBSE Syllabus) named Ilahia
Public School in the same year added another landmark to its credit. The inception of Ilahia College of Arts
& Science was an assertion of its unstinting dedication to professional excellence. TheCollege is managed by
the governing body , Ilahia College Managing Committee. The Engineering College at Mulavoor (MVPA) is the
fulfilment of the long cherished desire of Ilahia Trust. It underlines the Trust's timely and ingenious
response to academic needs.
